Stop the conversation or transaction when something feels suspicious. Check the information before taking further action.
Someone asks for your password, payment PIN or one-time verification code.
Someone threatens you or says you must pay before you have time to review the request.
A link imitates RushPi but uses a different or misspelled domain name.
A seller or buyer asks you to ignore the available checkout process and send money elsewhere.
Someone claims to have paid too much and asks you to return the difference.
A high-value product is offered at an unusually low price without a clear explanation.
Essential protection
Use a strong password and do not reuse it on other websites.
Confirm the amount and recipient before authorizing payment.
Provide an accurate address and inspect the package when it arrives.
Share only the information required to complete the order.

Stop using products that overheat, smoke, leak, give an electric shock or behave in another unsafe way.
Review product recallsUse a clear delivery address, avoid unsafe meeting locations and do not invite an unknown person into a private place unnecessarily.
Include the listing or profile link, order number, description of what happened and relevant screenshots or photographs.
