How notices are identified

Recall notices identify the affected product, model or batch whenever that information is available.

Review the instructions

Each published recall will explain the safety concern and the action customers should take.

Return or remedy

Depending on the recall, customers may receive return, replacement, repair or refund instructions.

Immediate danger: Move away from the product and contact the appropriate local emergency service. Do not attempt to repair a burning, smoking or electrically unsafe product yourself.
